These Terms govern your access to and use of VINCIS products and services.

By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Platform role

VINCIS provides a marketplace and collaboration platform connecting brands and creators.
VINCIS is not the producer of creator-delivered work unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Campaign requirements, payment timing, review rounds, and settlement rules follow the published order lifecycle.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Brand payments may be held in escrow according to campaign and checkout flows.
Release, refund, dispute, and settlement outcomes depend on project status and applicable law.
Fees, taxes, and third-party processor terms may apply.

You retain responsibility for content you upload, publish, or deliver through the platform.
You grant VINCIS the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, review, and deliver that content within the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

You may request deletion of your account through the self-service account settings flow.
Deletion removes or anonymizes personal profile data while retaining records required for payments, tax, audit, or legal compliance.
Some obligations created before deletion may survive as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
